Senior CRM Executive - Online Casino experience essential £65,000City - hybrid workingAn fun and exciting opportunity to join an established Online Sports and Casino company to take full responsibility for all CRM campaigns across three Sports and Casino brands. You will be a critical thinker with at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar CRM Marketing role. The successful candidate will have an understanding sports betting and casino games and come from a e-commerce/online based company.Line management experience is essential. The Role:

• Plan, implement and analyst CRM campaigns
• Identify target groups for CRM campaigns
• Ownership of planning promotions and planning 1-2 months ahead
• Plan and design user flows for different player's status, which will occur once a specific trigger/s is set.
• Integrate all media into campaigns - email, web-push, SMS, direct mail, re-targeting
• Analyse response rate and ROI
• Produce reports and analytical insights for the business and wider team
• Work on multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Liaise with marketing team to ensure that acquisition promotions are in line with retention programs to ensure that the customer journey is optimized and dynamic

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar CRM role with line management responsibilities
• Proficient in Optimove or a similar CRM
• Experience using a project management tool - ideally Monday
• Experience in a gaming or sports company, or e-commerce
• Experience of managing customer lifecycle campaigns and delivering customer loyalty
• Critical thinker with the ability to make decisions
