We are looking for a CRM savvy Senior Account Manager to join leading network agency on brand new account!

THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM/ Customer Marketing focussed Senior Account Manager to join top advertising agency on a brand new account.
An integral role, you will be report into and support the Account Director to deliver key project briefs. Working closely with strategy, project management and creative teams, you'll work across a range of projects from nurture journeys to email guidelines and CRM elements.
Your day to day will include:
- Keeping clients updated on the progress of projects, updating the status document on a daily basis and leading client calls.
- Measuring and reporting on market performance and highlighting best practice
- Working with planning on research and competitor evaluations and reviewing competitor CRM activity
- Being a salesforce champion!
HYBRID WORKING ROLE - CENTRAL LONDON - 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE.

This is a great agency and client to have on your CV and will provide a fast-paced and exciting environment to work in. The team are looking for candidates with:
- Knowledge and passion for CRM - email best practice and production.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing and delivering campaigns using email marketing tool (salesforce, Adobe etc).
- Good communication skills - you will need to be able to manage a client and also internal resource.
