Could you influence global fashionable audiences to complete their look? As Senior Digital Marketing and CRM Manager for a luxury retail brand, your primary responsibility will be to take
ownership of the company’s Digital Marketing strategy, encompassing CRM, email marketing, paid social, paid search, affiliates, and display channels. With a focus on shaping the brand strategy, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives to drive sales and margin optimisation.
key responsibilities
- Manage multi-million-pound performance marketing budgets for both the UK/EUR and US markets, leveraging your expertise in crafting targeted campaigns and maximising ROI
- Own the company CRM program across web and stores; review and redesign the program from 'welcome’, through 2nd/ 3rd purchase to automated campaigns across email and social media
- Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement, ultimately driving conversions and revenue growth through the company’s digital channels (paid social, search, email, marketing, display & affiliates)
- Work with ecommerce trading teams to deeply understand what traffic needs to land where to maximise sales and margin
Ultimately you'll operate as a Digital Marketing champion and subject matter expert in an exciting retail environment, embracing best practice, demonstrating high numeracy and commercial acumen as well as P&L experience responsibility.
