We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our marketing team as on a contract basis as a Senior CRM Contractor. Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's customer relationship management strategy, helping drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and data teams to optimise JustPark's email, SMS, App and push notification campaigns. You will guide/lead the CRM team to deliver personalised, relevant, and timely communications across the customer journey.
Requirements
About the role
- Develop and implement JustPark's CRM strategy to improve LTV, customer retention, engagement, loyalty and acquisition
- Educate and convert our vast base of cashless customers to our pre book proposition
- Upsell and cross sell JustPark products at the correct stage of the customer journey
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance to drive engagement, customer lifetime value, and overall revenue
- Use customer segmentation to move customers through value segments
- Migrate Customers to JustPark (when we win contracts on the B2C/B2B side)
- Lead those involved in CRM across the business to deliver effective, data-driven campaigns that support customer segments, behaviours, and preferences
- Continuously explore new technologies, platforms, and processes to improve JustPark's CRM capabilities
- Maintain best practices and compliance in CRM, email marketing, and data management initiatives - Monitor and report on KPIs, track ROI, and provide insights to higher management

- LTV growth across each segment of our customer base
- Volume of bookings generated from our existing base.

Knowledge, skills and experience
- At least 5 years experience in CRM, developing and executing strategies across multiple channels, to retain and grow the existing base from within.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and email service providers (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Exponea etc.)
- Proven track record of demonstrable results within CRM including LTV growth
- Strong background in product marketing
- Experience managing a team of specialists to deliver on KPIs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR
- Experience using customer segmentation, personalisation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
- Ability to conduct market research to follows trends and competition
