The Council is looking to recruit a Casual Centre Assistant to provide support in the operation of Halton Community Centres, Runcorn and Widnes

The post holder will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties including; the opening and closing of the building, the preparation of hireable space as requested by the service user and providing support to maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.

Candidates must have experience working in a customer facing role, a basic knowledge of Health & Safety and be able to demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative, on occasions working with no supervision.

The role is offered on a casual basis with candidates expected to work a variety of shifts including weekends. It is important to be flexible to work across all sites
