A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHEF AT THE OLDE BELL
Reporting to the Head Chef, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food service
- Adhering to kitchen food safety policies
- Assisting with general cleanliness of the kitchens
- Any other specific tasks set out by the head or sous chef
