POSITION SUMMARY
The Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon is looking for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team!
We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef wanting to deliver a first-class experience at the world leading hospitality company Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon.

As the Commis Chef, you will:
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
A successful Commis Chef is someone who:
Enjoys the fast-paced kitchen environment
Is a team player
Can communicate clearly
Is proactive, reliable and can support shifts including weekends and bank holidays
Has previous experience working within a Kitchen or similar environment
