We are looking for experienced Chefs at all levels who have a passion to create exquisite food, an eye for detail and the drive and determination to maintain and improve standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

· You will have a good knowledge of Health & Safety and be able to use all relevant guidelines.

· You will have experience of working a section within a fast-paced kitchen.

· You will be able to ensure that all orders received are in good condition.

· You will be able to assist senior chefs to ensure all ordering is placed correctly and sufficient stock is maintained.

· You will be able to promote and maintain high levels of hygiene in the kitchen using schedules.

· You will be able to provide input, compile and design regular monthly menus using fresh ingredients.

Working Pattern:

08:00-17:30 5 days out of 7

13:30-23:00 5 days out of 7
