We are recruiting for a Casual Hospitality / Front of House Assistant to work at Frensham Hieghts School assiting with Hospitality functions, Weddings, Coffee shop and summer schools.
•Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using thecorrect tools and presentation techniques.
• Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the CH&CO standard.
• Assist in the preparation of tables and to ensure all cutlery and glassware is
polished. • To present and maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and
customers at the relevant event.
• Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful manner.
• Provide information to customers about the food in a knowledgeable and
informed manner.
• Work with all colleagues in a polite and helpful way to ensure excellent customer
