Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is proud to be the hosting authority for this service which brings together the provision of housing adaptations, improvements and minor adaptations for ourselves and partner authorities.

They offer solutions including provision of equipment, minor adaptations, and applications for Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) for major adaptations.
HEART is committed to continue to improve the services provided to customers and focuses on delivering the right solution at the right time. HEARTs overall aim is to ensure that people are able to maintain an independent life and ensure their home environment is adapted appropriately, is safe, and warm.
We are now recruiting casual Housing Duty officers to operate a customer duty telephone screening facility which provides a first response to assess the client’s needs in order to provide the advice and assistance necessary for customers to pursue their chosen housing options and where appropriate help maintain their independence in their chosen home for the foreseeable future or to improve or protect the property. The positions will be located with HEART North at Nuneaton Town Hall, and the role is office based. The role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
