We are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team to work in both our Warwick shop and our Evesham shop.
What are we looking for?
- Retail experience , preferably within a charity retail shop
- Experience of customer engagement
- Eye for detail
- Ability to focus on achieving targets and maximising sales
Supporting the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager to create a warm and welcoming environment for customers, volunteers and donors, with a view to promoting sales and Gift Aid to support the work of Relate.
We are committed to further development at our shops and this a great opportunity for someone to join us and lead on that change.
The successful applicant will be required to work as and when needed, Monday to Sunday covering any absences of the Shop Managers and Assistant Shop Managers
