Casualty/Liability Claims Technician Hybrid (CD-35)

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Casualty / Liability Claims Handler within their Liability team in Manchester on a Hybrid basis.
You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
