Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Catastrophic Injury cases, including but not limited to brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and amputations.
Support senior solicitors with their complex/high value caseload
Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively from inception through resolution, including investigation, negotiations, and trials when necessary.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Communicate and collaborate with clients, medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders involved in the cases.
Provide legal advice and guidance, ensuring clients are well-informed about their rights and options.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years experience dealing with Catastrophic Injury files (this can be case handling or assisting on a caseload)
Extensive knowledge and experience in handling complex personal injury claims, particularly serious and catastrophic injuries.
Excellent communication skills and ability to empathetically engage with clients in sensitive situations.
Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
