The Team
The team in Birmingham specialises in managing severe and complex personal injury matters. They handle cases involving brain, spinal, and amputation injuries, as well as substantial dependency fatality claims. Their focus is on claims with a minimum reserved value of £350,000, covering a range of areas such as motor, employers' liability, public liability, and product liability.
The Candidate
As a UK qualified Solicitor, you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years PQE in Defendant high-value multi-track personal injury litigation work. You will possess a real passion for Litigation and be able to form quick relationships with both your team and clients. However, those managing other defendant PI litigated caseloads will also be considered.
