As Category Development Manager, you will be responsible for the Category strategy at a Global level ensuring owned and 3rd party distribution markets are equipped with the toolkits to deliver the overarching strategy!
The Role:
- Analyse data to develop and execute global category and portfolio opportunities in alignment with the Category Growth Vision.
- Provide recommendations for portfolio activities, activation materials, and toolkits to enhance the brand's role in the category.
- Lead the development and execution of category-led activations and customer propositions to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with Global Brand teams and key markets/regions to establish clear range and merchandising principles.
- Develop category principles for channel segmentation to maximize ROI efficiency and savings.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders, analysing campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.
- Build and manage strong internal relationships with different functions
- Partner with markets to cultivate strong customer relationships with priority customers and drive growth.
The Person:
- Experience working in a multi-market category or customer marketing role for an FMCG business.
- Comfortable analysing and interpreting data from multiple sources, ensuring this can be translated easily to internal stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross functionally
- Growth mindset individual who wants to be apart of a distinctive drinks business!
