We are looking for a motivated, experienced Category Lead to join a UK-leading healthcare provider as they embrace a digital transformation in 2024!
In this vital position, you will provide essential support in the evolvement of the procurement function, supporting a portfolio of 250 care homes and hospitals across the UK.
You will work closely with suppliers, ensuring you have relevant, up-to-date data and services are being delivered as agreed to meet the needs of the business and the procurement strategy.
As a Category Lead, you will also form trusting, professional relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure they can make effective decisions, specifically for your allocated categories.
This is a full-time role, hybrid-remote working model (ideally 2x days office based).
Person specification:
- (Essential) 3 years’ experience category management in goods & services
- (Essential) Experience of managing, reporting and providing recommendations on multiple projects
- (Essential) Full UK driving licence
