Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Order Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in customer service-oriented roles, possess proficiency in working with ERP systems, and showcase strong skills in Excel.

Customer Order Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence:

  • Engage with customers to process and manage orders, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve order-related issues promptly.

• ERP Proficiency:

  • Utilise ERP systems to manage and process Customer Orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Extract and analyse relevant data from ERP software to support order fulfillment processes.

• Excel Competence:

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with Excel for order tracking, data analysis, and reporting purposes.
  • Utilise Excel to maintain and organise order-related information for effective communication with internal teams.

• Collaboration with Production and Shipping Teams:

  • Work closely with production teams to ensure timely manufacturing of products based on customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with shipping teams to coordinate order dispatch, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in order management or fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilise order processing functionalities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the capability to create and manage spreadsheets for order-related data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing and data management.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
