We are currently on the lookout for a hardworking, ambitious and career-focused Recruitment professional to join our existing team based at our offices in Garstang town centre.
The ideal candidate is currently working within the industry and will speak a second European language (in particular Polish, Ukranian or Slovakian would be advantageous) although this is not an essential skill for the role and applications from talented individuals who have worked in a similar working environment with transferrable skills may be considered.

The Role:
- This is a 360 degree role within the recruitment industry
- Liaising with our clients and understanding their recruitment needs
- Providing full recruitment support and effective staffing solutions to our clients including on-call telephone cover
- Conducting Face to Face/Zoom/Teams interviewing of potential candidates
The Applicant
- A hardworking, professional and committed individual
- Must have 2 years recruitment industry experience
- Highly customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Career minded, ambitious and well presented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible and positive “can do” working attitude

Hours of work: 34 hrs per week - Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm in the office, with some on-call telephone cover out of office hours to be arranged
