Company Overview:
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing manufactoring company based in Guildford. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of the Supply Chain operations.

Position Overview:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize Supply Chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end Supply Chain activities, from procurement to distribution.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages.
• Collaborate with suppliers to track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to streamline operations.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient Supply Chain strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar Supply Chain coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using Supply Chain management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups and 
• Knowledge of logistics and procurement processes.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Relevant experience in Supply Chain coordination will be considered.
