Description
- Manage the end-to-end Supply Chain process in the company.
- Develop efficient and cost-effective Supply Chain strategies.
- Oversee the procurement process and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor and forecast inventory levels.
- Implement and manage Supply Chain analytics.
- Compliance with the company's policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure Supply Chain efficiency.
- Manage and develop the Supply Chain team.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain management software.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- An understanding of Supply Chain analytics.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
