With anticipated growth of 200% next year they are now looking to recruit an experienced UK & Europe Operations Manager.

This role will be hybrid working, based in Woking, Surrey.

Salary depending on experience in the region of GBP45,000-GBP55,000 plus private medical
- You will be overseeing and growing a team of Supply Chain Coordinators working on orders for France, Germany, Italy, UK
- Management of the order to invoice process.
- Working with UK 3PL to continue successful operations
- Working with new European 3PL on recently opened distribution centre in the Netherlands, ensuring processes and systems are in place and operations run successfully.
- Review, evaluate and improve processes to meet the increasing sales volume demands
