Working with a team with over £1Billion spend, you will be playing a critical role of managing the Hot Beverages category in the Retail Procurement team. You will also be managing a Category Buyer so coaching and leadership will play a key role for you.

Key responsibilities:
- Supplier & contract management ensuring the business relationship is maximised through conducting periodic / quarterly business reviews
- Development of the category strategy & long range income growth plan
- Utilising continuous improvement tools and processes to effectively drive sustainable business volume growth opportunities, optimise quality and gross margin delivery, and maximise the overall commercial value from Strategic sourcing
- Accountable for into Distributor service levels from contracted manufacturers, ensuring the service level exceeds business expectations and delivers volume growth
- Delivering Customer and market focus – through close supplier relationships, competitor understanding and the exploitation of market driven data

Salary:
Offering up to £65,000
