What you'll be doing
- Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:
- · Prepare and serve food and beverages to students
- · Food preparation
- · Setting up counters and cleaning all areas front and back of house
- · Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
- · General cleaning of front and back of house
- · Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
- · Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
- · Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar catering role is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
