Search Hospitality and Catering are looking for experienced Catering Assistants/Kitchen assistants to work in different catering sectors around Manchester.
If you have worked within the Health care, Education, Contract Catering, Hotels, Bars Restaurants and Venues and are looking for a better work life balance or just to earn more money then please contact me.
Duties:
- Serve customers and use the till.
- Support the kitchens with deep cleaning of all areas of the kitchen and in the sweeping, washing pans, trays, and utensils and mopping of floor and removal of rubbish.
- You will assist the kitchen team in the preparation of a mixture of hot and cold sandwiches.
- You must live or be willing to travel in and around the Greater Manchester area. However to do aim to get you work within a reasonable distance from your home.
Skills and qualifications: -
- If you apply for this role, you should have a minimum of 1-year full time experience in a busy catering facility and be able to work full time hours.
- Basic knowledge of table service
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Attention to detail and interpersonal skills!
