This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced Head Chef or Catering Manager to join a national contract catering organisation at one of their Leeds sites.

With full responsibility for the on site catering provision you will:

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and tea for around 175 covers

• Be responsible for all kitchen paperwork and records

• Manage the kitchen team

• Adapt to the needs of the customer

• Produce varied fresh food menus

• Manage budgets including effective ordering and stock control

• Be an ambassador for company values

We would expect the successful candidate to have kitchen management experience, a strong hospitality background and excellent communication skills. It would be advantageous to have knowledge of the Leeds area with the ability to build good relationships with local suppliers.

This role would be ideal for you if you are a creative chef with excellent presentation skills and a passion for great food!
