Job Description
This position is for St Michaels Hospice and we are looking for a weekend Chef who wants to ensure our patients and staff are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. We are looking for an organised, hard-working and passionate individual to work with the Chef Manager and ensure that the food quality, presentation and service are provided to the required standard. You should be passionate about delivering an efficient service to our customers whilst ensuring we maintain great customer service and high food safety standards.
The position is 2 days per week, Sunday 07.30am to 18.00pm and Monday 10.00am to 18.00pm
You will personally, prepare and cook meals to the required standard and you will ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers.

Qualifications
You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team and have relevant cooking experience and qualifications. Full training will be given on producing food for special diets.
