My client, a specialist professional services organisation, are looking for a CDD Analystto join their growing and fast paced Customer Service team.
You will apply your analytical mind to tasks including on-boarding new customers, monitoring of transactions and CDD refresh for existing customers.
To be considered, you will need to have:

• Substantial experience working in a regulated environment
• The ability to interpret the firm's AML manual and offer guidance to internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to realise when and where change to process is necessary.
• The ability to think outside the box, this is not just a tick box exercise.

Knowledge of the Charitable sector and/or Corporate ownership structures would be advantageous,

The successful candidate will be a natural problem solver with an analytical mindset. You will possess excellent communication skills and be adept at liaising with stakeholders and clients at all levels.

This is an office based position Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm for an initial training period with the opportunity for hybrid working after this.
