Job title: School GDPR/Data Analyst
Days/hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am until 4:00pm

Job Description
Data and Reporting
- Working at one of our schools supporting their head office with GDPR and data systems.
- Reporting on all data held within the MIS Use MIS to record accurately all categories of students and report to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team for changes to the timetable, and to implement class list amendments.
- Prepare school systems for the coming academic year and perform student curriculum assignments.
- Produce statistical data and analysis as required.
- Input data accurately and efficiently in line with the academy assessment policy.
- Liaise with the Leadership Team in producing information to raise student achievement and inform whole school and individual student targets.
- Produce, analyse, and update student targets and assessment information as per assessment calendar.
Requirements
- An appreciation of Data Protection/privacy issues.
- A positive work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise and organise workload.
- Work with discretion in the handling of sensitive and personal data
- Have excellent ICT skills
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide a minimum of two professional references to cover the most recent 24 months of employment.
