Description

• Work closely with project teams, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with CDM regulations throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on design and construction phases to minimise health and safety risks.
• Oversee the development and implementation of robust health and safety plans, ensuring they align with CDM regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and site teams, fostering a safety-first culture.
• Regularly review and update CDM documentation to reflect project changes and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with external consultants and regulatory bodies to stay informed about industry best practices and evolving CDM regulations.

Profile

• Proven experience as a CDM Advisor within the social housing or construction sector.
• In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations and relevant health and safety legislation.
• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
