We are looking for a Chef De Partie (CDP) to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen Manchester. Our Chef De Partie (CDP) is a crucial part of the kitchen team, developing and inspiring the wider kitchen team, whilst supporting your Sous Chef to ensure a high standard of execution and be committed to deliver consistent, beautiful dishes as part of Manchester's most loved dining experience.

Inspired by the ‘low 'n slow’ cooking style of the deep south in America, we’re all about delivering the best barbecue meats, burgers and wings in Manchester.
