AddressDriver Hire Borders are currently seeking a capable HGV Class 1 Driver/ C+E driver to cover 1 run each week on a Friday night (6pm start)
Primarily collecting pallets of eggs from the clients farms and contract producers. You can expect a safe and professional working environment, with a well maintained fleet of vehicles, using single trailers and rigid lorries. Knowledge of working with pallets and tail lifts would be advantageous. A flexible can do attitude is necessary to accommodate the ever changing requirements of the company.
This position requires the following criteria: ·
- Full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence
- Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 points
Duties include:
- Complete all Relevant Paperwork
- Multi-collection and/or Multi-drop
- Deliveries and Collections Nationwide.
- Inter-depot Collection/Deliveries
- Pallet work using tail lifts
- Ability to operate electric and manual pallet trucks
