SalaryCell Site Analyst
We are seeking a Cell Site Analyst with a strong background in conducting Cell Site analysis and Radio Frequency Propagation Surveys (RFPS) to an evidential standard. The successful candidate will provide expert opinion-based evidence for investigations and present findings in court.

Security Clearance:
Applicants must be DBS checked and eligible for NPPV-3, SC Cleared, National Crime Agency and Metropolitan Police security vetted. All applicants must be currently and permanently resident in the UK and have been continuously for at least 5 years.
Day to Day of the role:
- Prepare and normalise call data records (CDRs).
- Review material, discuss with clients, and formulate strategies to meet investigation objectives.
- Analyse call data records, providing statistics and analytical findings.
- Conduct mobile Cell Site surveys and analyse large data sets.
- Visualise call data records for court presentations in various formats.
- Prepare and write comprehensive, analytical, and technical reports.
- Provide expert evidence in court.
- Assist with the maintenance and validation of equipment and software.
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s quality and security procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge and experience in conducting Cell Site analysis.
- Experience in conducting RFPS.
- Experience of presenting evidence in court.
- Understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Analytical experience with attention to detail.
- Significant report writing and evidence presentation experience.
- Competency in using CSAS and survey equipment.
- Knowledge of CPIA (disclosure) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience with standard operating procedures.
- Advanced RFPS training or equivalent experience.
