Job description

The CBPU Specialist is incharge of providing prompt end to end renewal support to distribution channels with the end goal of promoting customer centric experience thereby contributing to increase in customer retention

 

Responsibilities

 

Frontend engagement with Distributors (and clients in case of direct accounts). This role  includes call outs,  meetings-both virtual or area visitation, complaint resolution, closure of AXA Angel cases and any other renewal management tasks as needed in the entire renewal process.

 

Release of renewables, including renewal audit and salvage of expired policies.

 

Processing of renewal confirmation:

 

Pipelining to book the renewal ensuring requests are booked with TAT

Securing and facilitating approvals from internal stakeholders, such as but not limited to:

  • Transfer of Business

  • UW Negotiation for changes In coverage

  • Creation of Renewal Quote

  •  

    Monitoring and Reporting

     

    Conduit of distributors to backend internal stakeholders, the CBPU officers liaises the distributor requirements to IT, UW, Policy Services, Payments, Compenben and the likes except when cases are part of AXA Angel Matrix where concerns are to be resolved by the concerned Business Units

     

     

    Any other tasks that maybe delegated from time to time

     

     

     

 

 


Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or insurance field is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
  • Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box’
  • Ability to analyze business and financial data
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
  • Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
  • Background on product management/marketing, understanding the customer, requirements analysis and competitive analysis
