Are you a responsible, organised, and capable individual who likes to get things right first time? Can you deliver exceptional service to your customers, whether they be internal or external? Are you happy to take responsibility for all the critical details, to make sure that your colleagues can deliver on our promises?

You may have what we need to become a Contracts Administrator for dormakaba in our Washington Site.

A JOB THAT MATTERS : YOUR TASKS

As part of the Customer Service Centre, our Contracts Administrators are responsible for ensuring that all Service Contracts are qualified correctly for the relevant branch to understand and service our customers within their agreed contract requirements.

This is a role where the “devil is in the detail”…

Our contracts administrators set up and renew our service contracts on our CRM system for the whole business to utilise. You are the key to making sure that everyone knows the requirements of each contract and all the details of what our commitments are to each customer, how these might change and ensuring that all the information is up to date and relevant. Getting this right is crucial to service delivery over the period of the contract.

But this is not a “data entry” post…

Our contracts team communicate with both the customer and with our internal colleagues. This covers such things as checking back with your colleagues and the customer that all the details are correct to ensure that the customers expectations are met; managing information on the customers “service portals” on a daily basis; contract invoicing and even helping provide internal support when engineers need technical information. So you must also be a real team player and able to deliver outstanding customer service.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS : YOUR SKILLS

  • We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a customer service role, dealing with customers both on the phone and via email.
  • You will have experience of working with multiple IT systems (Outlook, Microsoft & CRM’s) and have a good attention to detail skills, as you will be responsible for ensuring data is accurately entered to ensure a smooth running of all Service Contracts.
  • You will be organised, pro-active and have great administration and communication skills.
  • You will work as a team and have experience of working to targets, both as an individual and as part of a team.
