Job Title:Central Support Administrator
Hours: 37

Join us as a Central Support Administrator, contributing to the seamless operation of Commercial Services (CS) by delivering efficient administrative support for material supply and job assistance in repairs and maintenance. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality services with a customer-centric ethos, ensuring value for money in all operations. Your commitment to efficiency and customer focus will play a key role in achieving our goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate invoice approval and complete work order closures, ensuring timely payments to external suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal customers.
  • Collaborate with contractors and trade operatives to resolve customer queries related to completed works orders.
  • Proactively monitor open works orders, chasing contractors for invoices, and varying/completing works orders as needed.
  • Resolve day-to-day customer queries regarding contractor works and attend meetings to provide additional information on contract administration, including liaising with regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor invoices awaiting payment, ensuring progress to meet payment obligations, and raise queries or issues with relevant parties.
  • Effectively handle payments, invoices, and purchase orders, resolving discrepancies and reconciling contractor statements.
  • Collaborate with trade colleagues to raise purchase orders for materials, ensuring compliance with procurement and reporting anomalies to management.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding material queries and customer concerns.
  • Conduct detailed checks on supplier consolidated invoice reports.
  • Work with the Damp and Mould team to raise orders for related repairs, liaise with customers, and ensure proper documentation storage and recording. Handle miscellaneous requests and perform other duties aligned with the role.
