Role Description
Main duties of the role:
Processing a high volume of orders to a 98% minimum accuracy
Verify Customer PO’s & sales orders for correctness escalating and/or correcting errors with stakeholders ensuring relevant margins are met
Liaison with all relevant stakeholders to ensure customer SLA’s are met/exceeded
Checking of company inventory to determine availability of requested products/services
Raising purchase requisitions and/or advising stakeholders to purchase stock
Completing a second check on colleagues work with a high degree of attention to detail
Ensure records are kept/filed in accordance with company procedures
Raising internal RMA/Credits on customer accounts and associated procedures when requested
Timely response to emails from a department in-box
Create & maintain department Work Instructions to ISO standards
