Sales Support Administrator
Fleet, GU51 2UH – Hybrid working available (typically 1-2 office days a week)

About the Sales Support Administrator Role:

You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in sales and office administration while contributing to our client's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including compiling quotes and maintaining CRM systems
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, collaborating with the Operations Team for smooth order fulfilment
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information and troubleshooting assistance
  • Generate sales reports and assist in creating presentations and sales collateral for client meetings
  • Manage the CRM platform and provide training and support to team members on Sales Support systems


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Sales Support or administrative roles within a technology or software company preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) essential, and experience with CRM software (preferably HubSpot) advantageous
  • You must be highly numerate and possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documentation and data entry
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, while also demonstrating initiative, coachability, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development
