SalaryWe are recruiting for an international company new to Basingstoke, so joining their brand-new office where you will work closely with their UK Account Manager.
This opportunity would be predominantly office based and you will be working very closely with their head office in Europe. Initially training will be carried out for a week in Belgium and you will have the opportunity to travel to their HQ twice a year for company meetings
Full training will be given so that you can learn all about the companies products, so an aptitude to assimilate information and an ability to learn are key. They operate in the high end telecoms and testing space
You will be a confident communicator happy to talk to customers as you will be their main point of contact, providing technical, administrative, and commercial support internally and externally. Be sales focused and results orientated with a proactive attitude and commercially aware
The position is predominately an administration role so accuracy is absolutely key. The duties are really diverse and include
Commercial Inside sales :
- Monitoring projects
- Calculating and following up offers-providing advice
- Maintaining professional telephone contacts with customers
- Technical support
- Finding solutions to customers technical questions and needs
- Admin/order processing of orders
- Follow up with customers on deliveries, payments, etc.
- Basic Logistics - from the UK office (receiving / picking / packing shipments)
You will need to be physically fit as boxes of kit may need to collected or moved ready for shipment
As the products are quite technical any previous technical experience would be helpful but not essential
