About the RoleAs an experienced administrator, you will be required to assist with efficient day-to-day operations for the Centre for Public Health and Policy. You will provide administrative support to the Centre Lead, Centre Manager and other assigned members of staff in their execution of Centre-related activities. About YouYou will have substantial experience in a similar administrative role in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The post requires a person with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and use tact and discretion where required. About the InstituteThe Wolfson Institute of Population Health harnesses expertise across a wide range of population-based research and education activities and aims to be an internationally recognised centre of excellence in population health and preventive medicine. The Institute is organised into five research centres and the Centre for Public Health & Policy (CPHP) draws together groups focussing on women’s health, global public health, the national diet, and individual health and lifestyle. The post is based at the Whitechapel Campus in London (but you will be required on occasion to travel to other campuses or office locations, such as Charterhouse Square and Stepney Green), with the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements. It is a full-time, indefinite appointment. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £31,421 - £38,165 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
