Job Description:

Customer Service Clerk - Avonmouth - Bristol, BS11 8DT

Future You is a genuine all-rounder. Providing a warm welcome on reception, dispatching packages, or looking after the banking – nothing will faze you. If it’s variety you’re after, you’ll love being our Customer Service Clerk in Avonmouth and helping everything here run efficiently. You’ll work a 37.5 hour-week, Monday to Friday, but the Centre is open 24/7 so we’d ask you to be flexible about overtime and Saturday working.

Working hours are Monday-Friday, 12:00 - 20:00.

What you’ll do:

• Field customer concerns and queries
• Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve any issues
• Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception
• Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems

What you’ll need:

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications
• An excellent telephone manner
• The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines
• The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities – often at short notice
