Our Executive search client is looking for an experienced and confident Team Administrator to support their hospitality, travel, leisure, and retail-focused business.
They seek a self-starter with high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail, particularly in compiling and maintaining company documents. They should have previous experience in administrative roles, along with with strong interpersonal abilities. and time management skills. They require an organised administrator who can work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and and knowledge of InDesign software is required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Assist in the coordination of projects and team activities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide general office management duties – including ordering of office supplies, overseeing general office upkeep.
Hours – 9am-6pm, finish at 5pm on Fridays
Based – scope to WFH one day per week (post probation)
Salary – up to £40K
