Role overview
In this role you will be responsible for the provision of onboarding practices, right to work checks, employee experience, diversity initiatives, reward & benefit offer, payroll, data collection, reporting and analysis and general HR Administration for your service lines. You will be involved and gain exposure to ad-hoc projects and improving our processes. All of our tasks and activities are led by our focus on employee experience, as well as diversity and inclusion and you will play a vital role ensuring we are delivering against this.
This role will offer hybrid working from our London office 3 days a week and the rest from home.
What will I be doing?
Administration:
- Play a key role in the administration team, working closely with HR Advisors, Business Partners and the wider team to support the needs of the business.
- Providing guidance to line managers and supporting key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Provide timely and accurate information for service lines. Acting as a main point of administrative contact and ambassador for our people throughout their onboarding and the employee lifecycle.
- Setting up and managing employee records in iTalent and drafting contracts.
- Track and manage employment changes including leavers, payroll, promotions, internal and international transfers, leave of absence etc.
- Facilitating weekly HR induction and completing right to work checks, ensuring our processes remain compliant, identifying and introducing any changes needed.
- Manage the third party process from end-to-end in a timely manner, advising the business of the process where needed.
- Taking ownership of ad-hoc projects working closely with other members of the HR team and the wider business to develop people initiatives, contributing to making Ipsos the best place to work.
- Attend meetings and take minutes, including highly confidential meetings and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain the HR Intranet page, ensuring updated policies are available on there.
- Track and manage activities within the employee lifecycle. Taking a leading role to ensure trackers and data are complete and accurate at all times.
- Independently research, compile data to facilitate ad hoc projects.
HR Analytics, Data & Insight:
- Ensure data accuracy across HR systems including iTalent, payroll and other trackers
- Utilise the HRIS (iTalent) dashboard and excel to generate and format insightful reports to support data-driven decision making.
- Review and interpret HR data, identifying trends and insights, and share these important metrics and analysis with the wider team and business, including attrition and diversity data.
What do I need to bring with me?
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to confidently interpret and present data and experience and/or demonstrated passion for working with data and MS Excel
- Agile problem-solving ability
- Motivated by working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work as part of a collaborative team with a 'can do’ attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability and eagerness to share your knowledge within the HR Administration team
