Human Resources Administrator – City - £30k FTE
Hybrid working, 09:00-17:30
Wise May are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our client, an extremely friendly creative studio based in the City for a 3 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team in a growing company.
Duties to include:
- Drafting and issuing contracts for all new starters
- Drafting and issuing contract extensions as required
- Maintaining employee records in HRIS
- Other admin tasks as required
Skills:
- Able to handle a high-volume workload
- Focused, with high attention to detail
- Proactive and happy to get stuck in
- Able to work with little supervision
- Discreet with sensitive information
- Experience using HiBob would be beneficial, but not a requirement
- Knowledge of IR35 would be beneficial, but not a requirement
