The client:
A longstanding multi-sector alternative credit platform based near Charring Cross are looking for temporary HR Administration/Coordination support over the busy period across the summer. The team are looking for someone with some relevant HR admin/coordination experience (ideally within the boutique financial services) who is a self-starter and keen to hit the ground running.
The role:
HR Administrator duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Taking responsibility for the management of the on-boarding and leaver process for all employees
- Support Senior HR Manger with global benefits access, recruitment, and HR operations
- Managing the HR inbox and being the first point of contact for HR queries, you will be required to delegate and escalate issues if needed to necessary personnel
- Take ownership of HR data within the HR system and HR files in line with company policy and GDPR, this will involve updating and amazing all employee data and ensuring the correct information is on file
- Support with ad hoc requests and reports
- Support with the payment process regarding administration of invoices
The successful HR administrator will:
- Have precious HR admin/coordination experience
- Be keen to get stuck in and support a busy HR team
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be looking for temp work across the summer (and able to commit to a 6 week minimum period)
- Have experience working with confidentiality and discretion
- Be happy fully officed based
- Work efficiently independently but also as part of a team
