The Role:
A growing, accomplished built environment consultancy is looking for a Team Administrator to join their friendly and welcoming London team. With several offices throughout the UK, our client has a multidisciplined team, providing a holistic approach to architecture, engineering & surveying.
Within this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Office Manager & Surveying Team to ensure the smooth running of a variety of support/ops functions. You will provide general administrative support, be the first point of contact for suppliers, conduct meeting room management and support with some finance administration. The ideal person will have solid administrative skills, a can-do attitude and will be friendly and collaborative team player. Experience in the built environment would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office manager
- Meeting room coordination
- Assist with new starter set up
- Support with invoicing, PO and other finance administration
- Attend and minute team meetings
- Manage printing, binding, and presentations
- Book travel and couriers
- Work across company software to input data where necessary
- Organise team social events
- Maintain office documentation such as contact lists and letters
- Stock checking & ordering of office supplies and sundries
- Provide reception cover where needed
- Provide refreshments and assist with ad-hoc tasks
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
