My client is a London-based software consultancy offering specialist advisory and professional services in the Collaborative Work Management (CWM) space. They support organisations who are transforming their business through the implementation of software in particular Smartsheet.
Their objective isto help customer organisations improve their processes and ways of working through the implementation of Collaborative Work Management software. Today, they work with some of the largest organisations in the world to design, build and implement Smartsheet across their businesses.
The company is continuing to grow and they now require an Associate Solutions Consultant to join the Consulting team. Does this sound like the type of business and opportunity that would satisfy your potential?
Reporting to the Delivery and Innovation Manager the new Associate will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges designing innovative solutions to support project implementations including, providing technical expertise and ensuring a seamless integration of solutions into the clients’ business.
The company would expect to see a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field with 1-2 years of experience in consulting or project management either post University or as part of a work placement.
Personality wise the ideal candidate will be a sound communicator, detail-oriented and driven by making an impact for their customers. “Undersell – over-deliver” is the mantra for this, and every, role in the company
