Centre Manager (12 month FTC)
£33,000 per annum
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm (occasional out of hours where necessary)
Travel once a week to Horsham offices.
I am currently recruiting for a Centre Manager to work for a shared office space based in Crawley. They are looking for someone ideally with previous office management/centre management experience and someone who is willing to be operational and turn their hand to any needs within the building.
Key duties:
- To be the first point of contact at the building, for all users
- Manage all new lettings including the issue of a welcome pack
- To liaise with all existing customers to ensure good customer relations and servicing their needs, requests and complaints
- To carry out daily, weekly and monthly planned preventative maintenance tasks where relevant and keep a record of these
- To be familiar with the building, its systems, services and tenants
- Ensuring the centre is clean and tidy at all times
- Prepare and update maintenance schedules
- Run the management office administration within the Centre including the distribution of the post
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of the building ensuring all vacant units are ready for viewing
- Provide an efficient and effective reception for the building
- Provide secretarial support to the directors where needed
- To provide out of hours support if required in case of an emergency
