SalaryMarks Sattin Executive Search are working with a Private Equity backed niche sector retailer, based in the Midlands, searching for an enthusiastic and driven CFO who will partner closely with the CEO and investors, helping drive growth agenda and leading towards a successful near-term exit.
In the capacity of CFO, you will shoulder the comprehensive responsibility of overseeing and managing the financial operations of the business. This multifaceted role extends to actively and decisively adding tangible value to the company. You will be instrumental in developing key Performance Indicators that serve as critical benchmarks for informed decision-making. Moreover, your role encompasses the strategic implementation of initiatives poised to propel the company into a leading position within the UK retail sector.
In your role as CFO, you will thus be crucial to the significant planned development and growth of the business, and ultimately its success
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Previously operated as a CFO within PE-backed businesses, with exit or transformation experience highly desirable
- Experience within multisite businesses in the Retail, FMCG or Consumer facing sectors
- Hands on with a keen eye for detail and considerable technical and commercial awareness
- A positive, motivated individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong working relationships across and outside the business.
