The role
As a Multi Skilled Operative you'll will provide support to the Waterfront Operation teams to enable the completion of all tasks, ensuring the department meets the objectives of the business.
Day to day, you'll:
- Ensure that work is carried out in line with current processes and make suggestions on improving systems and processes to increase productivity.
- Work within all health and safety legislation, safe systems of work and control of work processes within Clyde policies.
- Perform any reasonable task within your existing skill-set and capability, as directed.
This role is full time 36 hours per week Monday - Thursday 0805 - 1645. Friday - 0805 - 1205. and will be based at Faslane, Helensburgh

Qualifications for the Multi Skilled Operative Waterfront Operations:
- Diesel Counterbalance up to 5000 Kg - Familiarisation (Cat B1) (Essential)
- Basic Slinging (Desirable)
- Pristine Manual Handling (Desirable)
- Occasional Climber/Working at Heights (Desirable)
- Basic Rope Handling (Seamanship) (Desirable)
- Waterfront Banksman Training (Desirable)
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
