Chair & Trustee Opportunities

Following a successful round of Trustee Recruitment in 2023 and the recent adoption of an ambitious new creative and business plan for the venue, we're looking for a new Chair and additional Trustees to complete the team we need to steer the Garrick confidently into the next stage of its development

We're looking for a dynamic new Chair or Co-Chairs who can work in partnership with our Artistic Director & CEO and our wider Board to drive delivery of the transformational change we want to see at the Garrick, for the benefit of audiences in Lichfield and from across the West Midlands. This is an opportunity to really make a difference within the cultural life of the region.

We're also looking to recruit new Trustees, with a particular focus on enhancing the diversity of the board, developing our commercial and trading activities, overseeing health & safety and widening our representation from local communities.
